Welcome to the NRI Cricket League (NRICL)’s Terms and Conditions pitch! Before you step onto the field, please review these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) governing your access and use of our website and all associated services. By accessing or using NRICL website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you’re not ready for fair play and following the rules, please don’t use this website. 

1. Eligibility:

• You must be 18 years old or older to play on NRICL. Minors can participate with parental consent, and guardians are responsible for their online actions.
• No doosras: Impersonation or creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2. User Accounts:

• Create a secure account to access NRICL features like player profiles and league updates.
• Keep your wicket tight: Protect your login credentials and notify us immediately of any suspicious activity.

3. Content and Conduct:

• Remember the spirit of the game: Upload content that’s respectful, sportsmanlike, and celebrates cricket.
• No wide balls: Avoid content that’s defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, illegal, or infringes on others’ rights.
• Spam is out!: Don’t use NRICL for commercial promotions or spam.

4. NRI Cricket League Participation:

• Join the League: By participating in the NRICL, you agree to the official rules and regulations.
• Know the boundaries: You understand the inherent risks of playing cricket and accept responsibility for your safety.
• Performance on display: Your stats might be publicly displayed. Be proud of your innings!
• Respect the game: Treat fellow players, officials, and fans with sportsmanship and respect.

5. Disclaimers and Warranties:

• NRICL is like a lively pitch: Expect occasional bumps and imperfections. We provide the platform “as is” without warranties, express or implied.
• We can’t guarantee a perfect yorker: We strive for error-free service, but outages or technical glitches might happen.

6. Limitation of Liability:

• We play fair: We won’t be held liable for any damages arising from your use of NRICL, even if it’s a googly we didn’t see coming.

7. Indemnification:

• Protect the team: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property:

• Respect the crease: NRICL’s content and intellectual property are protected. Don’t infringe on them without our permission.

9. Termination:

• We reserve the right to call you out: We can terminate your access to NRICL for any reason, with or without notice. You can also terminate your account anytime.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

• Playing by the rules: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Kochi, India.

11. Entire Agreement:

• These Terms are the final score: They constitute the complete agreement between you and us regarding NRICL, superseding any prior communications.

12. Changes to these Terms:

• We might adjust the field: We can update these Terms anytime. Continued use of NRICL after the update signifies your acceptance.
